Auto World 1973 Dodge Challenger Rallye Gold

Auto World's Vintage Muscle True 1:64 Scale Dodge Challenger made with new tooling is Awesome! I believe this is color Golden Haze Iridescent.

The link below shows the actual colors available for production of the Full scale model (courtesy of challengerspecs.com).

I think all the colors were to take the place of the all the missing engine sizes and other options from prior years. I love the front and rear black rubber bumper guards. Say that three times fast anyone? Designed to adhere to new laws, they were rated at up to 5mph for an impact with no damage. This Challenger looks tough. Something about the side stripes does it for me (stripes make a car look faster). But regulations and bad press were having their way with one of the Pony cars main appeals. Power on the cheap. Bang for the Buck. Despite the few V8 options and transmissions available, this Challenger and the year after still kept that tradition going strong.
